Check-In and Check-Out Times:
- Check-in: Begins at 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If an earlier check-in is requested, we may allow access to the first floor while cleaning occurs. Guests are encouraged to contact us to confirm the availability of early check-in options.
- Check-out: Strictly by 12:00 PM. All guests must vacate the property by this time unless otherwise arranged. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
Early Check-In Note: Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, our cleaning crew is preparing the property for your stay. While early check-in is generally unavailable, guests may drop off luggage in the lockbox on the first floor, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please text (347) 954-9091 for availability and further instructions.
For whole-house rentals where early check-in is requested, guests must remain on the first floor until the cleaning staff has completed their work. We will notify you via text when the house is ready for full use.
Pet Policy:

- Guests are fully responsible for their pets’ care and supervision. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Any damage caused by pets will result in additional charges.
Liability for Personal Belongings:
The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property. We recommend securing valuables in personal luggage or lockboxes. The property is equipped with security measures, but guests assume all risk for their personal belongings.
ADA Compliance:
Please note that The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast is not ADA-compliant. Guests requiring accessible accommodations should consider this before making a reservation.
Breakfast Service:
Breakfast items are provided as a complimentary, self-serve amenity and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of specific breakfast items during your stay.
Access:
We reserve the right to enter the property for routine maintenance, security checks, or in the case of an emergency. Reasonable effort will be made to notify guests beforehand; however, notice may not always be possible.
Compliance with Chicago Laws:
By confirming your reservation at The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast, you agree to comply with all applicable Chicago ordinances and regulations regarding short-term rentals. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
