The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast Short-Term Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason without the obligation to issue a refund.
  2. Check-In and Check-Out Times:
    • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, approximately. However, in unusual circumstances, check-in times may be extended without notice.
    • Check-out time is strictly at 12:00 PM. Guests are required to vacate their rooms by this time.
  3. Pet Policy:
    • Dogs are allowed on the property for an additional fee of $10 per night.
    • Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their pets at all times.
  4. Liability for Personal Items:
    • The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast holds no responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, whether due to theft, damage, or any other cause.
  5. ADA Compliance:
    • Please be aware that The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities.
  6. Breakfast Service:
    • Breakfast items are self-serve and provided as a complimentary amenity.
    • The availability of breakfast items may vary, and we do not guarantee their availability at all times.
  7. Property Surveillance and Access:
    • The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to record the property through surveillance cameras for security and operational purposes.
    • We retain the right to enter the property at any time for maintenance, safety, security, or other reasonable reasons without prior notice.

By making a reservation at The Greenleaf House Bed and Breakfast, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
